Caregiver Compensation
At The Sitter Company, caregivers are independent providers who choose their own hourly rate. Most caregivers in our network currently charge $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, number of children, responsibilities, and location.
Families pay caregivers directly at the end of each booking using the payment method agreed upon between the family and caregiver. The Sitter Company does not process caregiver wages or withhold taxes.
Our role is to thoughtfully match qualified caregivers with families and coordinate bookings so you can focus on providing exceptional care.
