Pricing & What's Included
Simple, transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
Family Network Enrollment Fee - $100
(one-time fee)
Your one-time enrollment includes a personalized Family Profile, onboarding consultation, and access to The Sitter Company Family Network. We take the time to get to know your family's routines, preferences, personalities, and childcare needs so we can thoughtfully recommend caregivers who are the right fit for your family.
Booking Coordination Fee - $25
(per caregiver, per booking)
Caregiver Compensation
Caregivers set their own rates. Most families currently pay $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience, number of children, responsibilities, and location. Payment is made directly to your caregiver at the end of each booking.
Each time we successfully coordinate care with one of our trusted caregivers, a $25 booking coordination fee applies.
Long Term Placements
If your family decides to hire one of our caregivers for ongoing or long-term care, placement fees are capped at $2,000, regardless of the length of employment. Families are never obligated to hire long-term.
Annual Family Network Renewal - $50
Beginning one year after your enrollment, your annual renewal keeps your Family Profile active so you're always ready to request care whenever you need it.
