The Sitter Company Family Network is for families who want a more thoughtful, personalized approach to childcare.
Families will complete a personal interview, background screening, and a Family Profile. This allows us to get to know your family, understand your children's personalities, routines, and preferences. Then we will thoughtfully recommend caregivers who are the right fit based on your needs and schedule.

Joining the Family Network is the first step to requesting childcare through The Sitter Company. We get to know every family before making caregiver recommendations because we believe the best matches begin with understanding your unique needs.

Complete your Family Profile so we can get to know your family. We'll review your information and contact you within two business days to learn more about your childcare needs.

We'll learn about your children, routines, and the type of caregiver you're looking for so we can make thoughtful recommendations.

Welcome to the Family Network
Once your membership is activated and any required screening is complete, your Family Profile will be ready whenever you need care.

Request Care Anytime
When you need care, simply submit a request. Because we already know your family, we can begin thoughtfully matching you with a caregiver who fits your needs.

Investing In Peace of Mind
Family Network Enrollment - $100
(one-time fee)
Your enrollment includes a personalized Family Profile, onboarding consultation, and access to The Sitter Company Family Network. We take the time to understand your family's routines, preferences, and childcare need so every recommendation can be thoughtfully matched.
Booking Coordination - $25
(per caregiver, per booking)
Caregiver Compensation
Paid directly to your caregiver. Recommended basic rate of $15-$20 per hour, but should be agreed upon with caregiver prior to service.
Long Term Placements
If your family decides you'd like to hire one of our caregivers for ongoing or long-term care, placement fees are capped at $2,000, regardless of the length of employment.
Each time we successfully coordinate care with one of our trusted caregivers, a $25 booking fee is charged.
Annual Family Network Renewal - $50
Beginning one year after your enrollment, your annual renewal keeps your family active in our network.
